Legado Growth Partners would not be possible without the support of several generous advisors and investors. Adam Metauro | Principal

Legado Growth Partners was established by Adam Metauro to build upon the entrepreneurial legacy of the previous business owner(s). In taking this significant step, Adam will have the opportunity to write a new chapter and craft his own story of entrepreneurship.

As long as he can remember, Adam has always been drawn to entrepreneurship. From his experiences employing 20 friends and family members in a landscaping business in college to working with his Dad and brothers on their small business ventures, Adam enjoys coming up with solutions to unique small business challenges and seeing the outsized impact those solutions have on those affected. The ability to create value and support others are the common themes apart of Adam’s most rewarding experiences to date.

Prior to launching Legado Growth Partners, Adam spent 12+ years as a consultant at Ernst & Young LLP (“EY”) and was a recognized leader of people, manager of large teams, dedicated mentor, and coach.Adam is a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion who takes a pragmatic, candid, and servant approach to leadership built upon trust and putting people first.

Adam obtained an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Master’s from Villanova University and Bachelor’s from Loyola University Maryland. Adam is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified M&A Specialist.

In his spare time, Adam volunteers with the youth mentoring organization iMentor, where he co-chair’s their Young Executive Board. Adam enjoys traveling and athletic endurance events (marathons, triathlons).

Adam is looking to leverage his experiences to take the reins of an exceptional small business and work to realize it’s untapped potential. Adam is prepared to re-locate to the business geography, assume full-time leadership responsibilities, learn as much as possible about the industry and business operations, and then position the business for future growth.

The ability to partner with accomplished entrepreneurs, their employees, their customers, their suppliers, and their communities as a new steward of their business is what powers and guides Legado Growth Partners.
